Basketball Recap: South Takes a Loss

South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 56-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kapaun Mt. Carmel Crusaders. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Titans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 45-38 back in December of 2024.

South's loss dropped their record down to 5-10-1. As for Kapaun Mt. Carmel, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-2-1.

South will face off against Heights at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Heights' defense has only allowed 29.5 points per game this season, so South's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Kapaun Mt. Carmel, they will challenge East on Friday.
