Soccer Recap: Hunter Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Hunter was not quite Pleasant Grove's equal in the second half on Saturday. They fell just short of the Pleasant Grove Vikings by a score of 1-0. The Wolverines have struggled against the Vikings recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meetings.

Hunter's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Pleasant Grove, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Hunter will be playing in front of their home fans against Stansbury at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pleasant Grove, they will square off against Salem Hills at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Salem Hills will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Pleasant Grove surely won't give up without a fight.
