North Middlesex Regional typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Wachusett Regional proved too difficult a challenge. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Patriots. The Mountaineers haven't had any issues with the Patriots recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.
