It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Erie-Prophetstown had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They managed a 34-30 victory over the Morrison Mustangs. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 42-37 two weeks ago.

Erie-Prophetstown has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 7-18 record this season. As for Morrison, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-27.

Coming up, Erie-Prophetstown will square off against Riverdale at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Riverdale has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Morrison does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
