Basketball Recap: Melrose-Mindoro Comes Up Short

Melrose-Mindoro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost to the Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran Lancers on the road by a 65-48 margin. The Mustangs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Lancers earlier this season, when they won 67-55.

Melrose-Mindoro's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran, their victory bumped their record up to 5-8.

Melrose-Mindoro has already played their next game, an 89-57 defeat against Black River Falls on the 3rd. As for Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 62-59 win against Blair-Taylor on the 3rd.
