John Carroll Catholic saw some tournament action on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 15-4 margin over the Lindsay Lane Christian Academy Lions. The Cavaliers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matches by seven runs or more this season.

John Carroll Catholic is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-11 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.9 runs over those games. This is the second loss in a row for Lindsay Lane Christian Academy and nudges their season record down to 7-10.

Coincidentally, John Carroll Catholic and Lindsay Lane Christian Academy will both be playing Dale County the next time they take the field. John Carroll Catholic will head out to face Dale County at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, while Lindsay Lane Christian Academy will head out to face them at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
