Basketball Recap: Templeton Comes Up Short

Templeton lost against Arroyo Grande back in November of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Templeton Eagles lost 71-46 to the Arroyo Grande Eagles.

Templeton has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-10 record this season. As for Arroyo Grande, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-12.

Templeton and Arroyo Grande could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. Templeton will square off against San Luis Obispo at 6:30 p.m. on Friday down 444 places (540 vs. 96). Similarly, Arroyo Grande (ranked 366th) will meet St. Joseph (ranked fifth) at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
