Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, North Wilkes couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pine Lake Prep Pride on Saturday. The Vikings' defeat signaled the end of their 18-game winning streak.

Kate Craver was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 12 digs and five assists.

North Wilkes' loss dropped their record down to 23-5. As for Pine Lake Prep, they pushed their record up to 19-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

North Wilkes does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pine Lake Prep, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Draughn at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
