After flying high against St. Anne on Saturday, Herscher came back down to earth. The Tigers fell just short of the Peotone Blue Devils by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. It was the first time this season that Herscher let down their fans at home.

Herscher's defeat dropped their record down to 14-5-2. As for Peotone, they pushed their record up to 13-5-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road.
