Basketball Game Preview: Guyer Wildcats vs. Little Elm Lobos

Guyer is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Texas' top teams: Braswell, who was ranked second at the time (Guyer was ranked fourth). Guyer fell 43-34 to Braswell on Saturday. The Wildcats' loss signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, Little Elm came into Friday's match having lost ten straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past Hebron 58-30 last Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Lobos have posted since November 14th.

Little Elm's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 5-17. As for Guyer, their defeat dropped their record down to 20-3.
