Volleyball Recap: Rahway Indians vs. J.P. Stevens Hawks
Rahway was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the J.P. Stevens Hawks. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Indians of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2016.
Rahway started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-11, 25-21.
