Annawan-Wethersfield put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding 42-6 victory over the ROWVA/Williamsfield Cougars. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Titans' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois football rankings (they are ranked 148th, while the Cougars are ranked 448th).

Annawan-Wethersfield's win bumped their record up to 8-0. As for ROWVA/Williamsfield, they dropped their record down to 0-7 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.
