Volleyball Game Preview: Carmel Corsairs vs. Grayslake Central Rams

The Carmel Corsairs will take on the Grayslake Central Rams at 1:00 p.m. on Monday. Carmel is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.

On Tuesday, Carmel came up short against Marist and fell 2-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Grayslake Central also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Mundelein by a score of 2-0. Considering the last time the Rams couldn't score was back in April, the team can't take the result too hard.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-19.

Carmel's defeat dropped their record down to 7-27. As for Grayslake Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 26-7.

Carmel couldn't quite get it done against Grayslake Central when the teams last played two weeks ago as they fell 2-0. Can the Corsairs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
