Volleyball Recap: Trotwood-Madison Takes a Loss

Trotwood-Madison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Middletown Christian Eagles. The Rams were not able to make up for their loss to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Trotwood-Madison might've lost, but they sure made Middletown Christian work for the win: two sets went to 30 points or more. The final score came out to 25-21, 30-28, 30-32, 25-21.

Trotwood-Madison's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Middletown Christian, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Middletown Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Northmont on the 22nd. Hopefully Trotwood-Madison paid attention to the Eagles' game: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on May 1.
