Edison is a perfect 3-0 against American since March of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Red Raiders will be playing in front of their home fans against the Patriots at 3:30 p.m. The two teams have allowed few points on average (Edison 5.8, American 4.8) so any points scored will be well earned.

Edison is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 38 points on Wednesday, they were much more limited against Homestead on Friday. They lost 26-6 to the Broncos. The loss was the Red Raiders' first of the season.

American played against Miami Springs on Tuesday and won via forfeit.

The win was the fifth in a row for American, bringing their record up to 7-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 3.8 points on average over those games. As for Edison, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 11-1.

Everything came up roses for Edison against American in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as the squad secured a 33-0 win. Do the Red Raiders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Patriots turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
