Softball Game Preview: Pendleton County Wildcats vs. Montgomery County Indians

The Pendleton County Wildcats will face off against the Montgomery County Indians at 6:15 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

It was a proper cat-fight when Pendleton County duked it out with Conner on Wednesday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Cougars by a score of 4-3.

Meanwhile, Montgomery County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 14-11 to Southwestern, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Pendleton County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3-1. As for Montgomery County, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.
