Soccer Recap: Ursuline Takes a Loss

Ursuline was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the West Branch Warriors, falling 4-0. While losing is never fun, Ursuline can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 418th, while West Branch are ranked 107th).

Ursuline's loss dropped their record down to 2-11-1. As for West Branch, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.

Ursuline will welcome John F. Kennedy Catholic at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for West Branch, they will venture away from home to challenge Dover at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
