Sadie Davis had an outrageously good game as she posted 22 points along with six rebounds and six blocks. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Ruthanna Wilson, who put up seven points in addition to 11 boards and six steals.
Manila smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in 13 consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Tintic played a tough match on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Tabiona 65-23. The Miners have struggled against the Tigers recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.
Manila will have to contain Jordan Conder as she made an impact in Tintic's last game. She went 5 of 7 on her way to 10 points and five rebounds. Conder is trending in the right direction considering she's improved her point production for three straight games.
