Volleyball Recap: New Hampton Comes Up Short

The New Hampton Chickasaws came up short against the Van Meter Bulldogs on Saturday and fell 2-0.

New Hampton's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Van Meter, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

New Hampton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Humboldt on the 20th. As for Van Meter, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Center Point-Urbana on the 20th.
