Soccer Recap: Antioch Comes Up Short

Antioch was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the Johnsburg Skyhawks.

Antioch's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Johnsburg, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Antioch will head out to take on Wilmot at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Johnsburg, they will venture away from home to challenge Woodstock North at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
