Volleyball Recap: Providence Grove Has No Trouble Against Chatham Charter + How To Watch

Providence Grove not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since August 19, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the Chatham Charter Knights with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Patriots have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Knights, too.

Providence Grove was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-11, 25-20.

Among those leading the charge was Cheyenne Collins, who had 16 assists and three aces.

Collins wasn't the only good server: Providence Grove was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September of 2024.

The win got Providence Grove back to even at 1-1. As for Chatham Charter, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Providence Grove wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Western Alamance on the 18th. As for Chatham Charter, they have also already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Research Triangle on the 15th.
