Despite a strong season so far, Loretto has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They fell 4-2 to Richland on Thursday. That's two games in a row now that Loretto have lost by exactly two goals.

Cascade has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 20 goals over those six matches. As for Loretto, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-3-1.
