Volleyball Recap: Concordia Takes a Loss

Concordia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Brazos Christian Eagles. If the Cardinals were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Eagles when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-1, 25-3, 25-5.

Concordia's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Brazos Christian, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-11.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Concordia will take on rival Veritas Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Brazos Christian is set to challenge their familiar foe Hill Country Christian School of Austin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
