Davenport put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let the Strother Yellowjackets get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. While the Bulldogs didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-21), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Carter Marshall was a standout: he went 1-for-2 with four stolen bases and two RBI. Marshall is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's snagged at least one every time he's taken the field this season. Another player making a difference was Bryson Dingman, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Davenport was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .429. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .389 or higher every time they've taken the field this season.

Davenport's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Davenport will venture away from home to square off against Hominy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Strother, they will head out to challenge Sasakwa at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
