Aletheia Christian Academy was sadly handed a loss on Thursday, but Brady Carlson did his best to prevent it. Carlson wasn't messing around, striking out six batters over 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). The pitching appearance was his fifth straight with zero or fewer hits.

Carlson and Aletheia Christian Academy are on the road again on Tuesday to play Milton at 7:00 p.m. The Lions will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 216 places lower in Florida), but they're not letting that get them down.
