Soccer Game Preview: Fairhope vs. McGill-Toolen

The Fairhope Pirates will challenge the McGill-Toolen Yellowjackets at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Fairhope will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

While Fairhope's win against Bayshore Christian wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Fairhope's defense stepped up to hand Bayshore Christian a 1-0 shutout back in February.

Meanwhile, McGill-Toolen faced Oak Mountain in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw. The result kept the Yellowjackets happy, as they haven't lost a game since February 8th.

McGill-Toolen's draw gives them a new season record of 4-3-2. As for Fairhope, the victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 4-2-1.
