Soccer Recap: Skyline Takes a Loss

Skyline was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the South Mountain Jaguars an easy 3-0 victory. The Coyotes were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Jaguars apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2022.

Skyline's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for South Mountain, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-4.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Desert Ridge the next time they take the pitch. Skyline will head out to face Desert Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on January 8, 2025, while South Mountain will host them at 6:00 p.m. on January 10, 2025.
