Aitkin has gone a perfect 7-0 against Ogilvie recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Gobblers will welcome the Lions at 4:30 p.m. Aitkin is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season.

On Friday, Aitkin didn't have quite enough to beat Moose Lake/Willow River and fell 4-3. The Gobblers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jake McGuire was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two doubles and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Noah Janzen, who went 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Ogilvie, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They came out on top against Pine City by a score of 10-6 on Friday.

Ogilvie pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Aitkin, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

Everything went Aitkin's way against Ogilvie when the teams last played back in April of 2017, as Aitkin made off with a 23-0 victory. Will the Gobblers repeat their success, or do the Lions have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
