Aiden Jones posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out eight over four innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one hit in four consecutive appearances.

Jones' strong effort led Petaluma over Napa and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
