Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kuna). They came out on top against the Borah Lions by a score of 21-13 on Friday. This was payback for the Kavemen, who suffered a 35-7 loss the last time these two teams met.

Kuna's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-4. As for Borah, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kuna will welcome Eagle at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Borah, they will host Mountain View at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Mavericks' defense has only allowed 14.8 points per game this season, so the Lions' offense will have their work cut out for them.
