Gladwin hadn't done well against Beaverton recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Gladwin Flying G's took their matchup with ease, bagging a 63-36 victory over the Beaverton Beavers. The Flying G's have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 27 points or more this season.

Gladwin pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Beaverton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gladwin and Houghton Lake will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Beaverton will take on Pinconning in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Pinconning will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Beaverton surely won't give up without a fight.
