Baseball Recap: High Tech CV Takes a Loss

High Tech CV managed to slip by Mountain Empire the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Bruins lost 16-6 to the Redhawks on Wednesday. That's two games in a row now that the Bruins have lost by exactly ten runs.

Adrian Estrada was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Daniel Cardoso, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

This is the second loss in a row for High Tech CV and nudges their season record down to 4-8. As for Mountain Empire, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

High Tech CV has already played their next contest, a 16-7 win against Ocean View Christian on the 24th. As for Mountain Empire, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 27-2 victory against Bonsall on the 24th.
