Patrick Henry extended their home winning streak to eight games thanks to a huge performance from Sylas Doan. The Patriots walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Kearny Komets on Wednesday with plenty of help from Doan, who had six digs and five aces. He is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as he's now posted 14 or more in each of the last 31 games he's played dating back to last season.

Patrick Henry walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-8, 23-25, 25-16.

Patrick Henry's victory bumped their record up to 15-5. As for Kearny, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-19.

Patrick Henry didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Chula Vista on the 25th. As for Kearny, they will welcome Morse at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
