Basketball Recap: Fairview Skates Past Bristol with Ease

Fairview waltzed into their match on Sunday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Bristol Panthers, posting a 64-33 win. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 157th, while the Panthers are ranked 425th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Fairview is also on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season. As for Bristol, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fairview will venture away from home to square off against Clearview at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Fairview's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four contests.
