Baseball Recap: Cleveland Comes Up Short

Cleveland was the 5-4 winner over Grant when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Warriors took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Generals on Tuesday. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cleveland's loss dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Grant, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

While Cleveland had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
