The Columbus HomeSchool Hawks will take on the Mid-Missouri HomeSchool Mavericks in a tournament on Saturday.

Columbus HomeSchool's tournament run continued when they took on Indianapolis Northwest W on Saturday. The Hawks took a hard 39-24 fall against the Warriors.

The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Brooklyn Barnes, who posted 11 points. Brianna Lancaster was another key player, putting up seven points.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Mid-Missouri HomeSchool, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. Everything went their way against St. Louis Christian HomeSchool K on Friday as they made off with a 62-39 win. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Mavericks considering their 25-point performance the game before.

Mid-Missouri HomeSchool's win came from a few key players Columbus HomeSchool will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Savannah Sinnett, who dropped a double-double with 20 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Livie Propst, who shot 70% from the field en route to 17 points and five assists.

Columbus HomeSchool's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Mid-Missouri HomeSchool, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
