Basketball Recap: Bishop Eustace Prep Takes a Loss

Bishop Eustace Prep was the 62-44 winner over Lenape when they last played one another back in January of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Crusaders fell 59-49 to the Indians on Saturday. While losing is never fun, the Crusaders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 62nd, while the Indians are ranked fourth).

This is the second loss in a row for Bishop Eustace Prep and nudges their season record down to 4-3. As for Lenape, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.

While Bishop Eustace Prep had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
