Volleyball Game Preview: Bowie Volunteers vs. Grand Prairie Gophers + How To Watch

Bowie is on a three-game streak of home losses, and Grand Prairie a four-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Friday. The Bowie Volunteers will be playing at home against the Grand Prairie Gophers at 5:30 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Bowie lost 3-0 to South Grand Prairie on Tuesday.

While Bowie was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into South Grand Prairie's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-22, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Grand Prairie came up short against Lamar on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Bowie's defeat dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Grand Prairie, their loss dropped their record down to 11-10-1.
