Baseball Recap: Iroquois Takes a Loss

Iroquois was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 21-0 to the DeSales Colts. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Raiders of the 15-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Iroquois' loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for DeSales, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Looking ahead, Iroquois will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Shawnee at 5:30 p.m. As for DeSales, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 16-0 victory against Western on the 17th.
