Peters Township won the last time they faced Ringgold and things went their way on Friday too. The Peters Township Indians came out on top against the Ringgold Rams by a score of 6-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Indians.

Jack Stewart looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Brody Takacs, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Zach Miner, who went 1-for-4 with two RBI and one double.

Peters Township's record now sits at 2-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Peters Township will head out to challenge Canon-McMillan at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Ringgold, they will challenge South Park at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
