Turner Marshall Game Report: vs Tri-Cities

Turner Marshall put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March on Wednesday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out six batters over four innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances.

Marshall's strong effort led Woodward Academy over Tri-Cities and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Bulldogs are limping into the matchup having lost nine straight at home. There's no doubt they're looking for a change of fortune, but will Marshall and the War Eagles have enough to stop it?
