Despite the loss, California City had strong showings from Carlito Brown, who scored 14 points along with five rebounds and two steals, and Cassius 'Hollywood' Brown, who scored nine points along with four blocks. Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 75-48, which was the final score in Kern Valley's tilt against Rosamond on Tuesday. Kern Valley has struggled against Rosamond recently, as their contest on Tuesday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
