Basketball Recap: Jennings Takes a Loss

Jennings lost against Westlake back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Jennings Bulldogs took a 69-61 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Westlake Rams. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jennings' loss dropped their record down to 14-18. As for Westlake, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-9-1.

Looking ahead, Jennings will look to defend their home court on Friday against Erath at 6:00 p.m. As for Westlake, they will head out on the road to square off against Pitkin at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Pitkin's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last eight games.
