The top three teams finished strong, and will there be a CIF NorCal Regional playoff?

De La Salle and Valley Christian show up in the national rankings.

And just like that, the season is over. It's summer time.

The top of the rankings order finished strong. De La Salle four-peated as North Coast Section Division I champions, closing with a 28-game winning streak. Valley Christian three-peated as Central Coast Section Open champions, and Vacaville repeated as Sac-Joaquin Section Division I winners.

The only real bummer is that there are no CIF Northern California Regional playoffs. There has been discussion among the section commissioners to add such a playoff round.
