Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Questa + How To Watch

Questa entered their tilt with Sangre de Cristo on Friday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Thunderbirds by a score of 3-1.

Questa had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-15, 27-25, 25-22.

Questa had a senior duo take command as Ariana Medina had 20 digs, four aces, and one block and Jocelyne Ortega had 18 digs and one assist. Those 18 digs set a new season-high mark for Ortega. Maliyah Dominguez was another key player, getting 18 assists and seven digs.

Questa was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sangre de Cristo only served six aces.

Questa's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Sangre de Cristo, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.

Questa wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Cimarron on the 13th. As for Sangre de Cristo, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Cheraw on the 13th.
