Football Game Recap: Chancellor vs. Riverbend

The last time they met ? Riverbend were the 54-28 winner over Chancellor. This time around? They had no such luck. It was close but no cigar for Riverbend as they fell 21-24 to Chancellor on Friday. Riverbend are ranked 54th in the state (94 spots ahead of Chancellor), so the loss was all the more frustrating.

The defeat dropped Riverbend's record to 1-2. The victory bumped Chancellor's record up to 1-3.

Riverbend will stay at home next week against Highland Springs at 7:00 PM. As for Chancellor, they will face off against Liberty.
