Softball Recap: South Columbus Takes a Loss

South Columbus suffered their closest defeat since March 26, 2024 on Wednesday. They fell just short of the West Bladen Knights by a score of 4-2. The game marked the Stallions' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

South Columbus is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-3. As for West Bladen, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-4.

South Columbus wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, an 11-8 victory against Pender on the 21st. As for West Bladen, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 10-4 win against East Bladen on the 24th.
