Baseball Recap: Eastern Guilford Takes a Loss

If Eastern Guilford was feeling good fresh off their 22-2 takedown of Ben L. Smith on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wildcats lost 12-0 to the Atkins Camels on Wednesday. The Wildcats have struggled against the Camels recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Eastern Guilford's loss dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Atkins, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-15.
