Baseball Recap: Continental Takes a Loss

Continental lost against Fort Jennings back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Pirates lost 11-2 to the Musketeers. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Continental saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jayden Pitney, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base.

Continental's record is now 4-8-1. As for Fort Jennings, they pushed their record up to 8-5 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Continental will square off against Ayersville at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Fort Jennings, they will take on Jefferson at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
