Wayne Valley dropped down to 5-2 on Friday, ending the team's four-game streak of wins. They were beaten by the Ramapo Raiders 42-7. Having soared to a lofty 34 points in the game before, the Indians couldn't push the score so high this time.

Danny Ferrauilo threw for 105 yards and one TD. Kyle Crystal was his top target, picking up 39 receiving yards.

As for Ramapo, their victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 36.2 points this season.

Casey Grusser continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 105 yards and a pair of scores on only six carries, while also throwing for 166 yards and two touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in October of 2024. Ramapo also got a significant boost from Liam Hayward, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 80 yards.

Coming up, Wayne Valley will venture away from home to take on Mount Olive at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Indians will need to watch out since the Marauders have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season. As for Ramapo, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Hackensack at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
